- Looking at our logs, I show that we did indeed at least attempt to reply
- to your messages. We did not receive a bounce message, however I do also show
- a follow up message from you asking about your previous message, we replied
- to that as well. We're not getting a bounce back from your mailhost or anyone
- inbetween, so I cant tell where your mail is getting lost. Do you have an
- alternate email address that we could try? If so, we'll be glad to give this
- another shot. Or, for immediate assistance, give our voice techs a crack at
